Presentation Topic

Making Use of Good Neighbor Authority

Presentation Description

Good Neighbor Authority provides the opportunity for the state to implement restoration projects on federal land, including the administration of timber sales and the use any program revenue generated to be used on further restoration. This talk will explore the possibilities of using GNA in Oregon, share our current understanding of the necessary ingredients, and discuss a current pilot project between ODF and USFS on the Fremont-Winema NF.
